Nancy Lassiter
Owner
Nancy Lassiter is creator and cofounder of i Thrive Bookkeeping Ltd. She has extensive experience as a bookkeeper and holds a professional accounting designation. Her career includes roles in public accounting and as a financial leader in the oil and gas and manufacturing industries. Nancy is passionate about gaining efficiencies in bookkeeping and ensuring the clients' experience is seamless, while providing useful, accurate and timely information with which client’s can base decisions upon.
Colton Lassiter
Marketing Administrator/Bookkeeper
Colton Lassiter has been a dedicated member of the i Thrive Bookkeeping Ltd team for a couple years now, during which time he has developed extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in bookkeeping and financial management. Through his ongoing work with a diverse range of clients, Colton has demonstrated strong attention to detail, reliability, and a ever growing understanding of financial processes. His largest client is a nonprofit women’s shelter, where he plays a key role in supporting the organization’s financial stability and accountability. Working with this nonprofit has allowed Colton to apply his skills in a meaningful way, ensuring accurate records while contributing to a mission-driven organization that supports and empowers women in need.
Brittany Taing
Bookkeeper
Brittany Taing plays double duty at i Thrive performing both office administration tasks and bookkeeping services. Since being hired Brittany has done a wonderful job keeping the office organized and running smoothly. Brittany has a wealth of experience in the automotive, medical and hospitality industries. Her focus is connecting with our clients and the community. She adds a creative and unique element to the i Thrive team and we are excited to have her onboard.
Brittany was born and raised in Brooks and area, and she continues to choose Brooks as her home for her and her young family. In her free time enjoys spending time with friends and family, staying active and traveling.
Janice Scholze
Senior Bookkeeper
Janice Scholze has joined our team in early 2024 bring with her 20 years of experience in the
Accounting / Bookkeeping field.
She enjoys interacting with her clients and loves a good problem-solving issue.
Janice has lived in Brooks for just over 20 years and enjoys camping, spending time with her two young grandsons and playing pickleball.
She is looking forward to learning, meeting her clients and working with them in the years to come.
Lena Enns
Marketing Administrator/Bookkeeper
Lena has been part of the bookkeeping team at i Thrive since 2024. She brings a diverse background with experience in the medical field, the automotive industry, customer service, and bookkeeping.
Lena specializes in agricultural bookkeeping and is passionate about supporting farmers and agricultural businesses with accurate and organized financial records. She takes pride in providing dependable service and helping clients feel confident that their books are done correctly.
Her goal is to relieve clients of the stress that can come with managing their bookkeeping so they can focus on running their business.
Outside of work, Lena enjoys going to the gym, trying new coffee shops, reading, and spending time with loved ones.
Ashley Kinnaird
Office Administrator
Born and raised in Red Deer, Ashley recently embarked on a new adventure by relocating to Brooks, where she is eager to make her mark. Ashley finds solace in the pages of books and expresses herself through art in her spare time. While relatively new to the fields of bookkeeping and administration, her background in customer service has equipped her with a strong foundation in organization and attention to detail. Creating order out of chaos and taking pride in her ability to streamline processes, ensuring that both personal and professional environments are efficient and harmonious. As she continues to explore this new chapter, She is excited to blend her creative passion with some new skills in administration.
Jasmeet Singh
Accounting Technician
Jasmeet Singh has completed his Post-Bachelor Certificate in Accounting from the University of Lethbridge and holds a background in commerce. With a completed Post-Bachelor Certificate in Accounting from the University of Lethbridge and a background in commerce, he brings a solid foundation in financial reporting and bookkeeping practices. Jasmeet is certified in QuickBooks Online and has practical experience supporting clients across various sectors. Outside of work, he enjoys trading, which deepens his understanding of economic trends and data.
Paula Duperon
Operation Analyst / Client Relationship Manager
Paula Duperon is a community‑minded leader with 30+ years of experience in financial management, operations, and supporting people through complex and challenging situations. With a background in bookkeeping, business ownership, management, and youth‑focused work, Paula brings a unique blend of compassion, real‑world experience, and strong organizational skills.
She’s passionate about helping people grow, creating inclusive spaces, and strengthening her community through meaningful, hands‑on support. Whether she’s supporting learners, collaborating with partners, or improving systems behind the scenes, Paula’s focus remains the same: empowering people and creating opportunities for growth.
